5.3 Should the loan be terminated BMG reserve the right to nominate a courier to accompany the object(s) in transit and be responsible for overseeing the de-installation, packing, condition checking at the Venue. Our courier should be provided with sufficient subsistence to cover transport, accommodation, meals and other reasonable expenses incurred during the course of the trip.
