Benefit; Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and permitted assigns of the Parties. This Agreement is not assignable by any Party without the express written consent of the other Parties.

Benefit; Assignment. Subject to provisions herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
