Benefits While Clause Samples

The "Benefits While" clause defines the conditions under which an individual or party is entitled to receive certain benefits during a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines that benefits such as health insurance, salary continuation, or other perks will continue for as long as the individual meets certain criteria, such as remaining employed, being on leave, or fulfilling specific obligations. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and predictability regarding the duration and circumstances of benefit coverage, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
