Bicycle Racks. The Parking Manager shall:
(a) Monitor the bicycle racks;
(b) Provide notification to the Operations Committee via the Daily Parking Operations Log of any equipment issues;
(c) Manage vendor warranties; and
(d) Execute service, repair, and maintenance work.
Bicycle Racks a Licensee may enroll in the City of Kelowna’s bicycle rack program for installation by the City within the Licensee’s Permit Area. A bike rack may not be installed by a licensee that protrudes into the surface of the Lane (no anchoring).
Bicycle Racks. 1. No sign, placard, picture, advertisement, name or notice shall be inscribed, displayed or printed or affixed on or to any part of the outside or inside of the Building or any part of the Premises visible from the exterior of the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion. Landlord shall have the right to remove, at Tenant’s expense and without notice to Tenant, any such sign, placard, picture, advertisement, name or notice that has not been approved by Landlord. If Landlord notifies Tenant in writing that Landlord objects to any curtains, blinds, shades or screens attached to or hung in or used in connection with any window or door of the Premises, such use of such curtains, blinds, shades or screens shall be removed immediately by Tenant. No awning shall be permitted on any part of the Premises.
2. If Tenant utilizes an outside drinking water service or any other service provided to the Premises by an outside company, the service providers shall comply with Landlord’s reasonable regulations for deliveries and placement and maintenance of equipment.
3. The bulletin board or directory of the Building will be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants only and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
4. The sidewalks, halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed by any of the Tenant Parties or used ...

Bicycle Racks. The Employer shall provide secure bicycle racks for those employees who require same.
Bicycle Racks. The City of Milwaukee Street Maintenance Section will be responsible for the removal and replacement of bicycle racks impacted by water main installation. The Contractor, in coordination with City Inspection Staff, must notify ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Street & Bridge Services Manager, at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, a minimum of five (5) days prior to construction activities impacting the bicycle rack. The Contractor is responsible for any damage to bicycle racks due to neglecting to have them relocated.

Bicycle Racks. Bicycle storage racks and shelter are provided outside the building at no charge for present tenants. Abandoned Bicycle will be removed and disposed. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored anywhere inside the building, without specific authorization of the Landlord. An $80 fee will be assessed if a bicycle is found to be inside the building. (a) Be a fixed-in-place stand that is securely anchored to the ground;
(b) Provide support to the bicycle frame, allowing it to stand upright without the use of a kick-stand, and prevent the bicycle from falling over;
(c) Be configured to provide two points of contact to allow locking of the frame and at least one wheel with a user-provided locking device;
(d) Be constructed of materials that resist cutting, rusting, bending, or deformation; and
(e) Be arranged in rows (with bicycles parked side-by-side) or in alignment (with bicycles parked end-to-end).
