The CenturyLink Standard Practices, and sometimes referred to as the CenturyLink Service Guide, is a document that contains CenturyLink’s operating procedures for service ordering, provisioning, billing, maintenance, trouble reporting and repair for wholesale services. Except as specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, CenturyLink’s processes for service ordering, provisioning, billing, maintenance, trouble reporting and repair shall be governed by the CenturyLink Standard Practices, which may be amended from time to time by CenturyLink as needed.
