Billing and Payment Procedures and Final Accounting. 6.1.1 The Transmission Provider shall ▇▇▇▇ the Interconnection Customer for the design, engineering, construction, and procurement costs of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades contemplated by this Agreement on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. The Interconnection Customer shall pay each ▇▇▇▇ within 30 calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. 6.1.2 Within three months of completing the construction and installation of the Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities and/or Upgrades described in the Attachments to this Agreement, the Transmission Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a final accounting report of any difference between (1) the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility for the actual cost of such facilities or Upgrades, and (2) the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments to the Transmission Provider for such facilities or Upgrades. If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider within 30 calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Provider shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days of the final accounting report.

If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider Public Utility shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider Public Utility within 30 calendar days. Billing and Payment Procedures and Final Accounting. 6.1.1 The Transmission Provider Owner shall ▇▇▇▇ bill the Interconnection Customer for the design, engineering, construction, and procurement costs of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades contemplated by this Agreement on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. The Interconnection Customer shall pay each ▇▇▇▇ bill within 30 calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. 6.1.2 . Within three months of completing the construction and installation of the Transmission Provider's Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and/or Upgrades described in the Attachments to this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a final accounting report of any difference between (1) the Interconnection Customer's ’s cost responsibility for the actual cost of such facilities or Upgrades, and (2) the Interconnection Customer's ’s previous aggregate payments to the Transmission Provider Owner for such facilities or Upgrades. If the Interconnection Customer's ’s cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider Owner shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider Owner within 30 calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's ’s previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Owner shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days of the final accounting report.

If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider within 30 calendar daysin accordance with Article 6.3.3 of this Agreement. If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Provider shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days in accordance with Article 6.3.3 of the final accounting reportthis Agreement.

If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Distribution Provider within 30 calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days of the final accounting report.

If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Distribution Provider within 30 calendar daysthirty (30) Calendar Days. Notwithstanding 6.1.2 Within three six (6) months of completing the construction and installation of the Transmission ProviderParticipating TO's Interconnection Facilities and/or Upgrades described in the Attachments to this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Participating TO shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a final accounting report of any difference between (1) the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility for the actual cost of such facilities or Upgrades, and (2) the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments to the Transmission Provider Participating TO for such facilities or Upgrades. If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider Participating TO shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider Participating TO within 30 thirty (30) calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Participating TO shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 thirty (30) calendar days of the final accounting report.

The Interconnection Customer shall pay each ▇▇▇▇ bill within 30 thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. 6.1.2 Within three (3) months of completing the construction and installation of the Transmission Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities and/or Upgrades described in the Attachments to this Agreement, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a final accounting report of any difference between (1) the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility for the actual cost of such facilities or Upgrades, and (2) the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments to the Transmission Distribution Provider for such facilities or Upgrades. If the Interconnection Customer's cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Distribution Provider within 30 calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Distribution Provider shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 thirty (30) calendar days of the final accounting report.

If the Interconnection Customer's previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Interconnecting Transmission Provider Owner shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days of the final accounting report.

Billing and Payment Procedures and Final Accounting. 6.1.1 The Transmission Provider Owner shall ▇▇▇▇ the Interconnection Customer for the design, engineering, construction, and procurement costs of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades contemplated by this Agreement on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. The Interconnection Customer shall pay each ▇▇▇▇ within 30 calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. 6.1.2 Within three months of completing the construction and installation of the Transmission Provider's Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and/or Upgrades described in the Attachments to this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a final accounting report of any difference between (1) the Interconnection Customer's ’s cost responsibility for the actual cost of such facilities or Upgrades, and (2) the Interconnection Customer's ’s previous aggregate payments to the Transmission Provider Owner for such facilities or Upgrades. If the Interconnection Customer's ’s cost responsibility exceeds its previous aggregate payments, the Transmission Provider Owner shall invoice the Interconnection Customer for the amount due and the Interconnection Customer shall make payment to the Transmission Provider Owner within 30 calendar days. If the Interconnection Customer's ’s previous aggregate payments exceed its cost responsibility under this Agreement, the Transmission Provider Owner shall refund to the Interconnection Customer an amount equal to the difference within 30 calendar days of the final accounting report.
