The Billing Changes clause defines the process and conditions under which adjustments to billing terms, rates, or methods may be made during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how and when a party must notify the other of any intended changes to billing, such as price increases, new fees, or modifications to invoicing schedules. Its core function is to ensure transparency and provide both parties with a clear procedure for handling billing modifications, thereby reducing disputes and maintaining predictable financial arrangements.
Billing Changes. It is the responsibility of the property owner, account holder, or authorized designee to advise the Town to whom and to what address bills are to be sent (e.g. new owner or renter). A Utility Billing Change Form is available from Town Hall for any changes that are necessary to an account. Only an account holder or authorized party can request changes to billing information and statuses.
Billing Changes. We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email. Quoted fees include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.

  • Engineering Changes Customer may request that Flextronics incorporate engineering changes into the Product by providing Flextronics with a description of the proposed engineering change sufficient to permit Flextronics to evaluate its feasibility and cost.   • Conforming Changes In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

  • Accounting Changes Make or permit, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to make or permit, any change in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required or permitted by generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Term SOFR Conforming Changes In connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the effectiveness of any Conforming Changes in connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR.
