Common use of Billing Submission Clause in Contracts

Billing Submission. Contractors shall bill the Department in accordance with the Contract in the form and format prescribed by DSHS. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract or permitted under the Third Party Payors section of this Article, Contractor shall submit requests for payment monthly by the last business day of the month following the end of the month covered by the bill. Contractor shall maintain all documentation that substantiates billing submissions and make the documentation available to DSHS upon request.
