Common use of Billing Submission Clause in Contracts

Billing Submission. Contractors shall bill the Department in accordance with the Program Attachment(s) in the form and format prescribed by DSHS. Unless otherwise specified in the Program Attachment(s) or permitted under the Third Party Payors section of this Article, Contractor shall submit requests for reimbursement or payment monthly within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the month covered by the bill.
