Booking and Payment Terms. 2.1 The Guest must be authorised to accept the Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the Booking Form and Booking Agreement.
2.2 Bookings cannot be accepted for persons under 18 years of age.
2.3 For bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of 30% of the total Rent, the signed Contract of Hire and a Booking Fee of £35 are received. The full balance of the total cost of the holiday and the Refundable Security Deposit must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2.4 All reservation Deposits and Booking Fees paid to the Agent are non-refundable.
2.5 In addition to the cost of your holiday, the Agent will require a refundable Security Deposit which may be used to cover the cost of breakages, damage, loss or extra cleaning if required and will be returned to the Guest within 14 working days of the end of the holiday. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that the Property and its furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects are left in the same state of cleanliness and order as was found at the start of the holiday. The Agent reserves the right to make a charge for any extra cleaning necessary as a result of failure to comply. The Agent will deduct the cost of extra cleaning and/or breakages from the Refundable Security Deposit and forward the balance to the Guest. The Guest shall be responsible for serious loss or damage which occurs to the Property or its contents as a result of their negligence during their occupancy and is also responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the Owner. The Agents/Owners decision is final.
2.6 All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Booking and Payment Terms. 1.1 Stonar Short Courses (SSC) are currently accepting bookings for 2023. Booking should be made using our online booking form which is available via our Website.
1.2 All booking forms submitted are subject to acceptance by SSC. We will process each booking and email to confirm whether your booking has been accepted. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the booking confirmation.
1.3 Once a booking has been confirmed, a deposit of 40% of the full amount will be required within 14 working days on receipt of the invoice, or the full amount immediately on receipt of an invoice for any bookings confirmed after 26 February 2023 for the Easter camp and 18 June 2023 for the Summer camp. The balance payment must be received by the above dates. Students booking after these dates for their respective camps must send full payment on confirmation of booking.
1.4 All payments must be in pound sterling. Please reference all bank payments with name, student reference number and invoice number from your booking confirmation. 1.6 SSC reserves the right to cancel a booking if: - Deposit has not been paid in full within 14 working days of the due date, or - Remaining balance has not been paid four weeks before the course begins.
1.7 SSC are happy to accept childcare vouchers as part or full payment for its short courses. Please contact SSC for further details on how to pay using childcare vouchers.
Booking and Payment Terms. 3.1 For bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of at least one third of the holiday price (rounding up to the nearest pound sterling) has been received by ▇▇▇▇▇ Cottage. Up to that time it will be a provisional booking, and provisional bookings are normally held for a maximum of 7 working days or less if within 3 months of the holiday start date. The full balance of the total holiday cost (including any increase made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will be payable not later than 8 weeks before the holiday begins.
3.2 For bookings made for a holiday less than 8 weeks away, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
3.3 All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling and, a credit card charge applies for payments made using Visa, MasterCard of 2% on the total booking value. A charge of 1% applies for payments made by Debit card.
Booking and Payment Terms. 1. The total price for your booking (the “holiday price”), and the dates on which the holiday price is payable, will be set out in your confirmation invoice and are subject to the terms offered via the agency, however the booking itself are subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the owners (this document).
2. For bookings made more than 3 months or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of 25% of the total booking price (excluding the security deposit) has been received by The Owners.
3. For bookings made for a holiday less than 3 months in advance payment must be made in full.
4. All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate to the UK pound on the day of payment against the UK price. The visitor is responsible for any fees levied during the exchange and the Owners are to receive the full sterling value as requested.
5. The Visitor must provide their full postal address and contact details for insurance and legal reasons.
6. You can pay by bank transfer to The Owners Bank Account (held at National Westminster Bank, with your dates as the reference), by cheque (payable to ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & S ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇) or if booking through an agent’s web site that allows it, by credit card. Payment can also be made by PAYPAL or credit card.
Booking and Payment Terms a. Lessons are available on a one-to-one basis for either twenty or thirty minutes per week. Twenty minutes is sufficient for Beginner to Grade 2, but from Grade 3 onwards, thirty minutes is recommended.
b. Payment for lessons is £10 for twenty minutes or £15 for half an hour, with payment to be made to the individual tutor in order for lessons to commence. Tutors will invoice parents/carers directly. Prices will be reviewed annually and if any increase is to be made, parents/carers will be informed.
c. Pupils who are in receipt of Pupil Premium will receive one twenty-minute lesson per week paid for by school.
d. If a tutor’s timetable is full, pupils will be placed on a waiting list and offered lessons on a first come, first served basis as they become available.
e. If payment for lessons is not received, lessons will be suspended until payment is made and the lesson slot may be offered to the next pupil on the waiting list.
f. Invitations to renew lessons are issued with invoices by the tutors in advance of the next payment period.

Failure to receive the payment by the specified date will be viewed as a cancellation. The total price of the booking will be set out in the confirmation of booking with a payment before date. No 23 can also be added to Option 1. Once selected, Option 1 can-not be amended to a lesser accommodation booking. Payment for Option 1 is owed 3 months in advance of the date of stay. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘Option 2’ leaves all accommodation open and can be booked on a first come first served basis by any event guests immediately from the point of booking. 6 months prior to the date, any unsold properties will open for public bookings online. For Option 2, payment is due immediately to secure any property. For Option 1 and Option 2, if No 23 is not secured at the time of booking, this property is instantly available for other bookings (event guests or otherwise). At the time of booking, the Hirer must confirm if they wish to secure The Gate Lodge the night before the event. If not secured at this stage, The Gate Lodge is instantly available for any guest (event or otherwise) to book. The price includes Value Added Tax (VAT). As part of your event booking, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Hirer shall take hire of the Courtyard Accommodation (as defined within the Event Booking Terms and Conditions) on the night of their event, which shall be pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
