BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. While initial booth reservation is mutually agreed to by the exhibitor and Management, final assignment is the proprietary right of Management. Every attempt will be made to locate the exhibitor in the booth he or she has reserved but in extenuating circumstances, the booth can be reassigned without approval of exhibitor. The exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space assigned or have representatives, equipment or materialsfirms other than his own in the exhibit space without written consent from the Management.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. Exhibit Manager shall have sole discretion in assigning and reassigning the location of booths. All official and advertised floor plans notwithstanding, Exhibit Manager may change the location of any exhibit at any time up to the time that Exhibitor begins setup. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure that adequate space is leased for the size of canopy or tent and inventory to be used by the Vendor [see Section 5 “Booth Pricing”]. Placement requests will be prioritized as follows: Returning Vendors, followed by GPCC Members, and finally requests made in chronological order. Every attempt will be made to locate returning Vendors to their prior or requested location, however, since placement is made on a first-come first-serve basis, the GPCC does not guarantee that a Vendor will be placed in the same booth location as previous years or even previous weeks within the same season, and the Market Coordinator will not shift any confirmed Vendors without their verbal or digitally written consent. Questions regarding correct booth placement must be brought to the Market Coordinator’ attention prior to the setup of the Vendor’s booth. The Market Coordinator will order a Vendor to relocate if they are incorrectly set up, even if the Vendor has completed assembly of their booth space. The Market Coordinator reserves the right to deny placement requests based on the needs of the market as determined by the Market Coordinator, such as to reduce noise pollution or create a more effective pedestrian walkway.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. ▇▇▇▇▇ assignment is final and up to the sole discretion of the Fair Board Concession Committee. Spaces are assigned based upon electrical needs, historical participation, booth size, and early registration. The committee has to look at the fair as a whole and decide what serves the fair, the guests and the vendors best for a safe and positive fair experience for all.

A late processing fee of $25.00 will be charged for reservations postmarked after April 7, 2022, with Vendor Coordinator approval and only if space is available. GPSRC reserves the right to limit the number of similar vendors on a first come, first served basis. Each vendor will be issued two (2) weekend vendor passes to the festival grounds and (1) parking pass valid for both Saturday and Sunday. Additional vendor passes may be purchased for $10.00 each from the Vendor Coordinator (Limit 4 per vendor).
