Bouncy Castles Sample Clauses
The Bouncy Castles clause sets out the terms and conditions governing the use, rental, or provision of inflatable play structures, commonly known as bouncy castles. It typically addresses safety requirements, supervision responsibilities, liability for injuries or damages, and any restrictions on use, such as age or weight limits. By clearly outlining these rules, the clause helps prevent accidents, allocates responsibility between parties, and ensures that all users understand the expectations and limitations associated with bouncy castle use.
Bouncy Castles. The Parish Council insurance does not cover bouncy castles so these are not allowed in the Parish Hall.
Bouncy Castles. The Hirer shall not use bouncy castles or other large inflatables inside the premises. Bouncy castles are permitted on the lawn but must be used in accordance with the instructions given by the provider. In particular, they must not be used in wet or windy conditions.
Bouncy Castles. If the hirer wishes to use a Bouncy Castle on the Recreation Ground as part of their hire agreement then :
a) The hirer should inform the Bookings Secretary at the time of booking
b) The hirer should ensure that they are covered by adequate insurance for all risks associated with its use
c) Adequate adult supervision should be maintained at all times whilst the equipment is in use
d) The Hirer will be liable for any injury or damage that the equipment may cause to the Barkway recreation ground, the pavilion (including its fixtures and fittings), or to any members of the public.
e) Under no circumstances, will BPC or BRGMC will be liable for any injury or damage associated with the use of the equipment
f) The equipment should be obtained from a reputable supplier and all costs associated with its hire and use to be paid by the hirer
g) On no account must the bouncy castle be used inside the pavilion

Bouncy Castles. The Hirer may arrange for a bouncy castle to be placed within the hall. It has been agreed that the maximum height for a bouncy castle is 10ft. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the company providing the bouncy castle has full and appropriate insurance for the duration of the event and that health and safety around the use of a bouncy castle is complied with in full.
Bouncy Castles. If the Hirer wishes to use a bouncy castle or similar inflatable device in the hall, the Hirer must ensure that the provider has their own Public Liability Insurance and must provide evidence of this at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that all inflatable play equipment carries a PIPA tag.
Bouncy Castles. These are specifically excluded from our insurance policy and may not be used inside the Hall or its curtilage
