Build Services. 7.4.1 The Service Provider must provide the Build Services in accordance with Schedule 2 - Attachment B - Register ICT Service Requirements, which includes: (a) Infrastructure Build Services; (b) Configuration Services; (c) Development Services, where required; and (d) Integration Services. 7.4.2 The Build Services includes those Services required for the build of the Register, and the capabilities for the Call Centre Services and Mailhouse Management Services. 7.4.3 Without limiting the requirements in the Statement of Requirement, the Service Provider must: (a) develop the Developed Software and deliver, install and implement all relevant Software in accordance with any relevant Milestone Dates and otherwise in accordance with the Statement of Requirement; and (b) ensure that the Software, when installed and implemented, and for so long as it is maintained under this Services Agreement, provides the functions and meets the performance and other requirements of the Statement of Requirement and relevant Documentation. 7.4.4 Without limiting any other rights of Health, the Service Provider will promptly rectify any Defect in the Register that occurs as a result of the integration Services during the first 90 days after Acceptance of the Register and provision of the integration Services.

Build Services. NetIQ shall provide reasonable assistance to Ixia in accordance with the statement of work set forth in Schedule 13.3 to enable Ixia to recreate the build environments, test environments and support lab environments applicable to the Chariot Products (the "Build SOW"). Such services shall be provided at NetIQ's facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ixia, at its own risk and expense, shall obtain the components of the Build System and ship the Build System and Build Materials to NetIQ's facilities. Ixia may send up to five (5) employees to assist in the performance of the Build SOW at NetIQ's facilities, subject to such employees' execution of an appropriate form of non-disclosure and compliance with NetIQ's reasonable policies.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
