Building Reassignment. When ELL and Special Education department reassignments of educational assistants to a different school or program occur outside of the placement process for business options, the affected EA and the Federation will be notified of any changes for the following school year by August 1 or for mid-year reassignments two weeks prior to the affected change unless exigent circumstances exist.
