Common use of Building Schematic Plans Clause in Contracts

Building Schematic Plans. Within 15 business days after the ------------------------ Building Design Program has been approved, Landlord shall cause the Primary Architects to prepare and submit to Tenant for Tenant's review and comment schematic drawings for the development of the Building Work (the "BUILDING SCHEMATIC PLANS"). Tenant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Building Schematic Plans reflect Tenant's requirements for the Building Work. Within 5 business days after Tenant's receipt of the Building Schematic Plans, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord and the Primary Architects any Comments that Tenant may have regarding the Building Schematic Plans; provided, however, that Tenant may not disapprove any matter that is substantially consistent with the Building Design Program without submitting a "CHANGE REQUEST" (as defined in Section 6.1). Within 10 business days after Landlord's and the Primary Architects' receipt of any such Comments, Landlord and the Primary Architects shall consider all such Comments in good faith and shall notify Tenant how Landlord proposes to respond to such Comments. Any disputes in connection with such Comments shall be resolved in accordance with Section 4.
