Bulletin Boards, Mailboxes. Each school shall provide adequate space on the present bulletin board for Union materials for the purpose of communications with the bargaining unit. This shall not be interpreted to exclude others from the use of the bulletin board, but their use shall not deprive the Union of the exclusive use of the space reserved for the Union. Material pertaining to tax-sheltered annuities and other investment plans will not be placed in the school mailboxes of employees represented in this contract without the permission of both the Superintendent and the Union President. The Board of Education will continue, as it has in the past, to provide an inter- school mailbox for the Union at the Board’s central office building.

Bulletin Boards, Mailboxes. 1. The Hospital shall provide the Union with space on bulletin boards in each of the patient care areas, in mutually agreeable locations readily accessible to Employees. The Union will be furnished with a list of locations by the Hospital. Prior to any addition of or changes in the locations of bulletin boards, the Hospital will discuss the matter with the Union in an effort to find a mutually agreeable location. These bulletin boards or a portion thereof (sufficient to post four (4) 8 l/2” x 11” Union notices) will be for the exclusive use of the Association. The Hospital assumes no responsibility and/or liability for matters posted on bulletin boards by the Association. 2. The Union shall have access to employee mailboxes and shall have the right to distribute in such mailboxes newsletters and other information to employees relating to Union business and activities. 3. The Hospital shall provide the Union with a “drop box” mounted in a mutually agreeable location that is readily accessible to Union members. The Union will furnish a lock and pay a reasonable amount for the cost of the box.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in convenient places. The Union shall limit its posting to official notices and bulletins of the Union to such bulletin boards.
