Qualifications and selection Clause Samples
The 'Qualifications and selection' clause defines the criteria and process by which parties, vendors, or candidates are evaluated and chosen for a particular role, contract, or project. It typically outlines the minimum qualifications required, such as experience, certifications, or technical capabilities, and describes the selection procedure, which may include application reviews, interviews, or scoring systems. This clause ensures that only suitably qualified individuals or entities are considered, promoting fairness and transparency in the selection process while helping to secure the most capable participants for the task at hand.
