Common use of Bus Driver Clause in Contracts

Bus Driver. Any person employed by the Board to drive a school bus or school transportation vehicle who is assigned a regular daily assignment with established daily work hours including each unassigned drive, or individual assigned to a Bus Aide position who maintains a valid CDL; is a member of the bargaining unit or is a probationary employee working toward full bargaining unit status.
