Common use of Business Representative Clause in Contracts

Business Representative. The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted on all jobs for the purpose of assisting in the carrying out of the provisions of this Agreement after reporting to the senior Employer Representative on the job, but will in no way interfere with the workmen in the performance of their duties.

Business Representative. A. Whenever security regulations prevent access to any job or project, the Employer or Business Representative will give all possible assistance to the Business Representative in obtaining the necessary pass or permission to gain access to such job or project.
