B▇▇▇▇’s Representative. The BUYER may appoint their one (1) “Observer” who can visit the Shipyard maximum consecutive two (2) days for three (3) times in total during construction of the Vessel for observation purpose only. The BUYER shall inform at least seven (7) days prior to the SELLERS that the BUYER send the Observer to the Shipyard.
