CAISO Action. When WECC’s Unscheduled Flow Mitigation Procedure is initiated, the CAISO shall adjust the affected schedules as determined by the WECC procedure, CAISO operating procedures, and Business Practice Manuals for the CAISO Balancing Authority Area.
