Calculation Errors Sample Clauses

The Calculation Errors clause defines how mistakes in numerical computations or financial calculations within a contract are identified and corrected. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying the other party of an error, the timeframe for making corrections, and the method for adjusting payments or obligations to reflect the accurate figures. Its core function is to ensure that inadvertent calculation mistakes do not unfairly benefit or disadvantage either party, thereby maintaining fairness and accuracy in the contract's execution.
