Calculation of Class Sample Clauses

The 'Calculation of Class' clause defines the method and criteria for determining the classification or grouping of certain items, individuals, or transactions within an agreement. In practice, this clause may specify the factors or thresholds used to assign a particular class, such as financial metrics, performance benchmarks, or other relevant characteristics. Its core function is to ensure consistency and transparency in how classifications are made, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding the status or treatment of the subjects involved.
