Common use of Call-in Procedure Clause in Contracts

Call-in Procedure. This procedure will be used once the schedule has been posted and it is necessary to replace staff by call-in. This is the order to be followed: Beginning with the most senior part time employee who is not scheduled to work on the day will be called first. If there are multiple shifts to be filled the employee first called will not be offered shifts on days they are already scheduled.
