If the call was made by a member of the bargaining unit, be offered the next call-in for which she is available. If the missed shift would have resulted in overtime, the employee may have the option of working one and one- half (1.5) times the amount of hours; however, all hours will be paid at the employee’s regular rate; no overtime rate will be paid, or ii. If the call was made by a management or office employee, the worker shall be scheduled to work as an extra at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee, and will be compensated according to the conditions of the call-in shift.

In the event there are available hours which the Employer intends to fill at Ventures, Downtown Centre or Employment Supports the Employer shall, prior to utilizing the call- in procedure in sub-article 22.11(C)(4) offer the hours to employees already scheduled to work fewer hours that day at the location, in order of seniority, provided the employee would not work in excess of forty-four (44) hours per week as a result of accepting the available hours, unless proper authorization is given.
4. (3) September 1 – 7 for period October through January.

(d) Casual employees will only be pre-scheduled for shifts once regular part-time employees have been offered the shifts and provided no overtime results.
(e) Casual and regular part-time employees may not change their stated availability once submitted, except in circumstances deemed acceptable to the Employer.
(f) Casual employees who wish to be unavailable for a period in excess of two weeks must apply to the Employer in writing for an unpaid leave of absence a minimum of four weeks in advance of the start date of the desired leave. A callThe Employer will not unreasonably deny such requests for leave of absence.
(g) Casual and regular part-in sheet time employees who submit availability must provide contact information where they can be reached two hours before and two hours into each shift for which they have stated availability.
(h) If a casual employee fails to answer a call from the Employer during the two hours before and two hours into each shift for which he/she has stated availability, the Employer will move immediately to the next eligible casual employee on the seniority list. If a casual employee who does not answer a call during the two hours before and two hours into each shift for which he/she has stated availability does not call back within 30 minutes he/she will be completed for each call-in. Each deemed to have refused the shift.
(i) A casual employee who answers a call and refuses an offer of a shift within his/her stated period of availability except as a result of legitimate illness or emergency will be indicated on deemed to have refused a shift.
(j) A casual employee who refuses five shifts during the call-in sheet, and how availability period may be subject to termination but the call was answered, as either "worked," "no answer," or, "refused"Employer will have to show cause. If more than one shift is availablethe Employer intends to discuss lack of availability with an employee, all available that employee will have the right to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present as per Clause 7.7.

(b) Mutual exchanges shall be limited to two (2) exchanges per Employee per four (4) week schedule, and any such approved mutual exchange may not be mutualed again. A mutual exchange shall not result in overtime payment notwithstanding Article 10.02 (d).
(c) Mutual exchanges may involve the exchange of “weekend” shifts for “week day” shifts. However, employees are reminded of their obligation under Article 10:02 (e) regarding the expected number of weekends worked during the calendar year.
10:08 Reallocated Shifts
(a) Shifts that are known to be available prior to the schedule being posted will be compensated according scheduled by seniority beginning with the most senior and scheduled in descending order and with regard to the conditions of availability form on file with the call-in shift.employer. Employees eligible for overtime employees who have indicated availabilityare scheduled to work fewer than seventy-five (75) hours who are willing to work additional shifts, Part-time employees in order of seniority. A call-in sheet will be completed for each call-in. Each call will be indicated Employees on the call-in sheetlist are to be available for call- ins for all three shifts. Call-in Procedure. The following Call-In" refers to shifts that are not regularly scheduled and are assigned less than 14 days in advance of the shift start date.
1. For call-in procedure shall apply in each facility as amended in the letters of understanding hereinpurposes, or as amended locally by mutual agreement of the parties. The Employer shall maintain a list of all employees who wish to will be called in for extra shifts (not in overtimeaccordance with 22.ll(C)(3) or 22.ll(C)(4). Employees scheduled and on the list who have indicated availability shall be called for each a call-in basis. 2. Shifts that become available on less than fourteen (14) days' notice shall be filled as follows:
i. All Reduced Full-time and Regular Part Timers Shifts at Ventures, Downtown Centre or in the case of the kitchen or recreation by classificationemployment Supports shall be filled pursuant to sub article 22.ll(C)(3).
ii. All Casual Part Timers
iii. Employees eligible for overtime Shifts in all other areas shall be filled pursuant to sub-article 22.ll(C)(4) except that available shifts will not be offered to employee already scheduled to work during the available hours, to employees on vacation or othE;!r approved leave or to employees who have indicated availabilitynot advised of their availability for the shift to be filled.
3. In the event there are available hours which the Employer intends to fill at Ventures, Downtown Centre or Employment Supports the Employer shall, prior to utilizing the call in procedure in sub-article 22.ll(C)(4) offer the hours to employees already scheduled to work fewer hours that day at the location, in order of seniority, provided the employee would not work in excess of forty-four (44) hours per week as a result of accepting the available hours, unless proper authorization is given.
4. A callThe parties agree to the following procedure to fill available hours not filled pursuant to sub-in sheet will be completed article 22. ll(C)(3): TriCarm availability at the time of the call for each call-in. Each call will location shall be indicated utilized to fill all hours of work that become available over and above the regularly scheduled hours.

Call-in Procedure. The following callmanner in which employees shall be called to work shall be as follows:
a) The Employer shall maintain both:
i) a master seniority list which shall include all part-time, casual and full-time employees employed by the Employer listed in procedure descending order of their seniority within their status; and
ii) a classification registry for each job classification in which part-time, casual and full-time employees may be used. Each classification registry shall apply list those part-time, casual and full-time employees who have been qualified to work in each facility as amended that job classification in descending order of seniority by status.
b) The Employer shall notify only those employees who are qualified and registered in the letters of understanding herein, or as amended locally by mutual agreement of classification registry applicable to the partieswork required to be done. The Employer shall maintain a list of all employees who wish commence by notifying the most senior employee in the classification registry that the shift would not push into overtime. Additional hours up to be called in for extra shifts (not in overtime). Each employee shall indicate her availability every four weeks on a schedule provided by the Employer (covering the same period as the posted schedule.) This availability sheet shall not change once it has been posted, unless mutually agreed. Failure to submit availability will result in those employees not being called in. Employees on the list who have indicated availability allowable straight-time maximum shall be called for each call-offered to employees by seniority in in this the following sequential order, and in order of facility seniority within each group:
i. All Reduced i) Full-time employees
ii) Part-time employees
iii) Casual employees
c) All such notifications shall be recorded and Regular Part Timers or maintained showing the name of the employee notified, the time the shift was created, the time that the notification was delivered, the job required to be done, and the employee that accepts the shift. In the event of a dispute, the Union shall have reasonable access to the information and shall be entitled to make copies.
d) The Employer shall then contact the next most senior employee registered in that job classification where it does not push them into overtime and so on until an employee is found who is ready, willing and able to work.
e) When an employee is notified through the electronic system, the notification shall be offered in the case of following sequence:
i) Where a vacancy is known less than 4 hours in advance, the kitchen or recreation by classificationemployee shall have 5 minutes to respond, before the shift(s) is offered to the next employee on the registry. All employees that have been offered the shift will have visibility within the app to accept the shift until another employee that has been offered the shift accepts it.
ii. All Casual Part Timers
iii. Employees eligible for overtime who have indicated availability, in order of seniority. A call-in sheet will be completed for each call-in. Each call will be indicated on the call-in sheet, and how the call was answered, as either "worked," "no answer," or, "refused". If the call was made by a management or office employee, the worker shall be scheduled to work as an extra at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee, and will be compensated according is offered to the conditions next employee on the registry. All employees that have been offered the shift will have visibility within the app to accept the shift until another employee that has been offered the shift accepts it.
iii) Where a vacancy is backfilling a vacation or leave of absence the call-employee shall have 20 minutes to respond, before the shift(s) is offered to the next employee on the registry. All employees that have been offered the shift will have visibility within the app to accept the shift, until another employee that has been offered the shift accepts it.
iv) All communications regarding work shift(s) shall include the following in shift.the message:
