Common use of Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Call-In Time. Section 1. One (1) hour minimum pay shall be paid when an employee is called in for unscheduled hours, including, but not limited to, employee meetings called by the Employer. Section 2. Employees reporting for work at the start of their regularly scheduled shift and there being no work available, shall receive not less than two (2) hours pay at their regular rate unless such employees are notified at least one (1) hour prior to their regular starting time.
