Common use of Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Call-In Time. When an officer is called in at other than his normal scheduled work shift, he shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate premium rate, provided that such minimum shall not be applicable if the call-in is contiguous with the officer’s scheduled duty hours.
