Call Out Time. Such payment shall be processed at the otherwise prevailing straight time or overtime rate. • Worked in excess of four (4) 4 hours and but less than eight (8) 6 hours: pay for 6 hours * • Worked in any shift at least excess of 6 hours: pay for 8 hours * • Work suspended due to inclement weather: pay for actual hours worked * In order to qualify for such payment the equivalent of eight (8) hours at straight time for each such shift, provided the employee is Employee must be available for work except where, and in case of inclement weather, a competent condition to carry out their duties. If the work is suspended by the owner’s engineer then only actual hours worked shall be paid for. 6.01 All hours worked outside the regular hours, or the accepted variations therefrom, and performs work outside the established shift hours, shall be considered overtime until a break of eight (8) hours occurs, and shall be paid for at the applicable overtime rates prior two times (2x) including all hours worked on weekends and Statutory Holidays. The first two (2) hours of overtime, Monday through Friday, shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the otherwise applicable straight time hourly wage rate. All other overtime hours, including all hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays and General Holidays, shall be payable at two (2) times the otherwise applicable straight time hourly wage rate. Saturday overtime has been sunset for the term of this Agreement at one and one-half (1½) times for the first ten (10) hours. 6.02 Overtime worked shall be computed daily in units of not less than fifteen thirty (1530) minutes. For the purposes of calculation, such time will any portion of fifteen thirty (1530) minutes worked shall be considered as overtime only and not considered in calculating their daily minimum’s under this article. In all cases, add kilometers and travel time where applicablefifteen thirty (1530) minutes.
