CALL SHEETS Clause Samples

The CALL SHEETS clause outlines the requirements and procedures for distributing daily schedules and essential information to cast and crew members involved in a production. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for preparing and sending out the call sheets, what information must be included—such as call times, locations, and contact details—and the timeline for their distribution, often the day before filming. Its core practical function is to ensure that all participants are informed and prepared for each day's activities, thereby promoting organization and minimizing confusion or delays on set.
