Minimum Calls Clause Samples
The Minimum Calls clause establishes a required baseline number of calls or transactions that must be made within a specified period under an agreement. Typically, this clause applies to service contracts where a client commits to using a service provider's offerings a certain minimum number of times, such as a set number of customer support calls per month. By setting this minimum usage threshold, the clause ensures predictable revenue for the provider and prevents underutilization of resources, thereby allocating risk and clarifying expectations for both parties.
