Callout Time Which Abuts the Succeeding Shift. (1) If the callout is for three hours or less, the employee will be required to work the callout period and the whole of the abutting shift. In this case, compensation shall be overtime rates for the callout period and straight-time rate for the regular shift. (2) If the callout is for longer than three hours, the employee will be required to work the callout period and a portion of the abutting regular shift.
