Cancellation and Surrender. Should the Indebtedness secured by this Security Deed be paid according to the tenor and effect thereof when the same shall become due and payable, and should Grantor perform all Obligations in a timely manner, and if Grantor shall keep, perform and observe each of the covenants, agreements and provisions in this Security Deed to be kept, performed and observed by Grantor then this Security Deed shall be cancelled and surrendered; provided, however, that any and all costs associated with such release to be borne by Grantor.

The Warrant Agent shall not be required to effect any registration of transfer or exchange which will result in the issuance of a Warrant Certificate for a fraction of a Warrant. 5.02.1. No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants. 5.02.2. The Warrant Agent is hereby authorized to countersign and to deliver, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Warrant Certificates required to be issued pursuant to the provisions hereof, and the Company, whenever required by the Warrant Agent, will supply the Warrant Agent with Warrant Certificates duly executed on behalf of the Company for such purpose.

  • Cancellation and Suspension This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Loan Agreement becomes effective.
