Cancellation for Conflict of Interest Pursuant to A Sample Clauses

The "Cancellation for Conflict of Interest Pursuant to A" clause allows a party to terminate an agreement if a conflict of interest arises as defined by a referenced section or provision (likely "A"). In practice, this means that if a party discovers that continuing the relationship would compromise their impartiality or create competing obligations, they can invoke this clause to cancel the contract without penalty. This clause is essential for maintaining ethical standards and protecting both parties from situations where objectivity or loyalty could be questioned, thereby ensuring transparency and trust in the contractual relationship.
