In consideration of [__] dollars ($[__]) as payment for the achievement of the Final Acceptance of the Gathering System in accordance with the Agreement, CONTRACTOR hereby releases and forever discharges OWNER, the Financing Parties, their respective Affiliates and the premises and property of each of the foregoing from all Liens arising out of/or in connection with the performance of the Work. The foregoing shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of its obligations, if any, under the Agreement, which by their nature, by the provisions of the Agreement, or by Law survive completion of the Work, including, without limitation, warranties, guarantees and indemnities.
