Capacity Resources Sample Clauses

The Capacity Resources clause defines the types and sources of energy or power generation assets that a party commits to provide under an agreement. It typically outlines the specific facilities, technologies, or contractual rights that qualify as capacity resources, such as power plants, renewable energy installations, or demand response programs. By clearly specifying what constitutes an acceptable capacity resource, this clause ensures that both parties understand the obligations regarding energy supply reliability and helps prevent disputes over resource adequacy.
