Card Limitations Clause Samples

The Card Limitations clause defines the specific restrictions and boundaries placed on the use of a payment or credit card under an agreement. It typically outlines where, how, and for what purposes the card may be used, such as prohibiting cash advances, international transactions, or purchases from certain merchants. By clearly setting these parameters, the clause helps prevent unauthorized or unintended uses of the card, thereby reducing risk and ensuring compliance with the issuer’s policies.
