Career Structures. Supervision and appointment of DDSO 2, DDSO 2A and DDSO 3A positions in more complex settings (a) Cluster and Sector Manager positions however described will be advertised as DDSO positions. (b) DDSO level 2, 2A and 3A – more complex settings (i) The Employer agrees to increase the number of higher classified and trained Employees within the workforce to work in more complex service settings. In addition to the environments identified in Schedule A of the Classification Standards, DDSO levels 2, 2A and DDSO 3A classifications shall be engaged in the following services: (ii) Where a level 2A position does not exist as a consequence of clause 20.5 (b)(iii) a DDSO level 2 position must be engaged in workplaces when the single core roster at the workplace has 8 or more rostered Employees. (iii) A DDSO level 2A and level 3A position must be engaged in all workplaces with the following function and/or characteristics (A) A respite accommodation service (STAA). (B) A group home with a 28 day core roster in excess of 800 hours, provided that those with an active night shift will be separately assessed against a criteria agreed between the parties to this Agreement. (C) A group home with at least one resident on a Supervised Treatment Order (STO). (iv) Notwithstanding the above other locations can be assessed as more complex, and requiring a DDSO level 2/2A or level 3A. (v) The Employer will not, when reviewing the rosters, remove hours from rosters to bring them below 800 hours (in group homes which have current rosters with hours in excess of 800 hours) other than where genuine client needs dictate and not as a means of avoiding the obligations imposed by this clause. Any dispute in relation to the changing the hours to below 800 may be dealt with under the dispute resolution procedure. (vi) The parties will undertake a process to agree those other areas/settings where the advanced qualified position shall be mandatory. (vii) Only in these designated locations are the classifications of DDSO 2 or DDSO 2A to be backfilled at that level.
Career Structures. The Proposed Agreement provides for the following classification changes: structural adjustments as provided for in the column of each table in schedule 1 titled '24/12/21' which are effective from the first pay period commencing on or after 24 December 2021 the existing education support class classification structure will be changed to combine level 1 range 1 and range 2 to form a new range 2, with the bottom two salary subdivisions of the existing range 1 used to form a new range 1 classification, providing additional increments for current level 1 range 1 employees and the introduction of new salary subdivisions at the top of education support class level 1 range 3 and range 5. The new range 1 classification will be used as a training range for employees participating in formal trainee or cadetship programs; the introduction of further commencement salary provisions for education support class employees at level 1 range 2, related to required qualifications and role responsibilities; adjustment of salary structures for the principal class and teacher class to ensure a minimum five per cent increase on promotion from: assistant principal to a principal role; leading teacher/learning specialist to assistant principal; and classroom teacher to leading teacher/learning specialist. increasing the graduate entry commencement salary for a classroom teacher by 2%; principal class remuneration to convert to salary (rather than a total remuneration package) for all principal class employees who are members of an accumulation superannuation scheme. Principal class employees who are members of a defined benefit superannuation scheme will continue to have remuneration specified as a total remuneration package as calculated in clause 13(6)(d) of the Proposed Agreement.

  • Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

  • Corporate Structure The corporate structure, capital structure and other material debt instruments, material accounts and governing documents of the Borrowers and their Affiliates shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in its Bylaws. The Academy’s Board of Directors shall meet at least six times per fiscal year, unless another schedule is mutually agreed upon by the University President or Designee and the Academy.

  • Organizational and Capital Structure The organizational structure and capital structure of Holdings and its Subsidiaries shall be as set forth on Schedule 4.1.
