Case Tamper. The tracking unit's case was opened because it was tampered with or the battery was replaced.
Illumination Normal and emergency AC and DC illumination shall be provided adequately in the control room and other buildings of the substation. The switchyard shall also be provided with adequate illumination. The lighting of the entire control room building, fire-fighting pump house, other building (if any) and switchyard shall be done by LED based low power consumption luminaries.
Breaker Breaker failure protection for the 115kV breaker will trip the appropriate adjacent breakers and send direct transfer trip to Connecting Transmission Owner’s Mohican and Schaghticoke Substations. For loss of SF6, the breaker must trip and block close. DTT receive from Schaghticoke and Mohican Substations will be required to trip the Interconnection Customer’s 115kV breaker for a line relay operation or breaker failure at Schaghticoke and Mohican Substations.
Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working 38 condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's 39 responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. 40
Crane Erection & Jumping (a) Cranes and man/material hoists may be erected, altered, climbed and dismantled during times when ordinary production works are in progress subject to the work being done in full compliance with a relevant operational safety zone (OSZ) plan which has been developed specifically for that operation with consideration to overall site safety. (b) The crane crew for each tower crane (Crane Crew) must consist of the following: (i) crane driver; and (ii) three (3) dogmen. (c) In addition to the appropriate tickets held by the crane driver and the dogmen, the following high risk licences must be held amongst the Crane Crew: (i) rigging; and (ii) material handling. (d) Where a Project consists of a single Crane Crew, the Employer should endeavour to ensure another member of the Crane Crew holds a crane driver licence.
