CASUAL PART-TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. Casual, Part-Time and Temporary employees will receive four point eight percent (4.8%) of the regular straight-time earnings, not including overtime or premiums, in lieu of all other forms of Statutory Holiday pay or entitlements. This Statutory Holiday pay will be calculated and paid in each pay period. Part-time employees are also entitled to time off on Statutory Holidays and to receive overtime pay for time worked on Statutory Holidays.
