CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF APPRENTICESHIP. Upon completion of the apprenticeship under these Apprenticeship Standards, the Employer will recommend to the Industrial Training Branch, Nova Scotia Department of Labour, that a certificate, signifying completion of the apprenticeship, be issue to the apprentice. No certificates will be issued by the Apprenticeship Branch, Department of Labour unless recommended by the Employer.
