CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF APPRENTICESHIP. Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship under these Apprenticeship Standards, the Regional Mechanical Officer/ Assistant Mechanical Officer, and the WLJAC Union representative, will prepare an apprenticeship completion certificate. Each apprentice certificate will bear the signatures of the above Employees and the President of Local 100.
