Certification and Recertification Sample Clauses
The Certification and Recertification clause requires a party to formally confirm that certain facts, qualifications, or conditions are true at the outset of an agreement and to periodically reaffirm or update this confirmation throughout the contract term. In practice, this may involve providing written statements or documentation at the start and at specified intervals, such as annually or upon request, to verify ongoing compliance with contractual requirements like licensing, insurance, or regulatory standards. This clause ensures that the other party can rely on up-to-date and accurate information, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or misrepresentation during the course of the agreement.
