Change in Activities. If, after receiving approval for a Sabbatical or Faculty Improvement Leave, there is a significant change in the activities undertaken by the faculty member (e.g., changes in Project site, topic, or mentor), the faculty member must submit a revised application to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within fifteen (15) days of any such change. Similarly, the University may require the faculty member to submit a revised application within fifteen (15) days of receipt of notice from the University if there is a significant change in the activities undertaken by the faculty member. The revised application will be forwarded by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Sabbatical/Faculty Im- provement Committee that originally reviewed the application.
