RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF UNIT. SECTION 1.00.00 Recognition -- ▇▇▇▇▇ Community College [College] recognizes the Owens Faculty Association [Association] as the sole and exclusive representative of the full-time teaching faculty, the full-time counselors, Academic Program Lab Technicians, Professional Library Staff, and Child Care Lab Teachers of all Campuses for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment.
RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF UNIT. 2.1: Exclusivity: The Administration recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit described below. Exclusive recognition means that the Administration will not deal with any other organization or any individual in a manner or for a purpose inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Individual contracts of employment with members of the bargaining unit shall in all respects be consistent with this Agreement, which shall be deemed incorporated by reference in such individual contracts. The parties agree to cooperate with each other in the administration and the enforcement of this Agreement.

  • RECOGNITION AND SCOPE 1.01 The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for employees covered by this Agreement. 1.02 This Agreement shall apply to all Craft and Services employees of the Company covered by the certification order of The Canada Labour Relations Board dated May 28, 1976. When the parties mutually agree that a new occupation established during the term of this Agreement has clearly a number of significant points in common with the other occupations within the unit, such new occupation shall fall within the scope of this Agreement.

  • PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the Union and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining. 1.02 The parties to this Agreement share a desire to improve the quality of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and to promote the well-being and increased efficiency of its employees to the end that the people of Canada will be well and efficiently served.
