Change in Classification. Employees who change positions, upon approval of the School District, resulting in a change in classification, shall have the difference between the starting pay rate of the existing classification and the starting pay rate of the new classification (as found in New Employee Pay Levels in Appendix A) added to or subtracted from their hourly pay rate.
