CHANGE OF PENSION PROVIDER. Companies covered by the collective agreement that wish to change their pension provider are permitted to do so. The following conditions shall be met when there is a change of pension provider: •

The following conditions must be met when there is a change of pension provider: • A ballot on the change of pension provider must be held among the employees at the enterprise who are entitled to a pension. The enterprise will inform the employees of the details and consequences of any change. If a majority of the votes cast are in favour of a change in provider, then this can take place. • The conditions set in the collective agreement for a change of provider must be fulfilled. • The transfer of the employees’ deposits in conjunction with a change must take place at no cost to the employees. No deductions may therefore be made from the deposits by either the ceding company or the receiving company. • If the administration costs charged by the pension provider are increased extraordinarily in relation to general market terms, the parties agree that the pension can be transferred to an occupational pension chosen by the enterprise, the administration costs of which are in line with general market terms. If a majority of the votes cast are in favour of a change of supplier, this can take place. • When changing provider, the conditions stipulated in the collective agree- ment must be met. • The transfer of the employees' deposits in connection with a switch must be done at no cost to the employees.   • Early Release on Change of Issuer Status 3.1 Early Release -- Graduation to Tier 1 (1) When a Tier 2 Issuer becomes a Tier 1 Issuer, the release schedule for its escrow securities changes. (2) If the Issuer reasonably believes that it meets the Minimum Listing Requirements of a Tier 1 Issuer as described in Policy 2.1 — Minimum Listing Requirements, the Issuer may make application to the Exchange to be listed as a Tier 1 Issuer. The Issuer must also concurrently provide notice to the Escrow Agent that it is making such an application. (3) If the graduation to Tier 1 is accepted by the Exchange, the Exchange will issue an Exchange Bulletin confirming final acceptance for listing of the Issuer on Tier 1. Upon issuance of this Bulletin the Issuer must immediately: (a) issue a news release: (i) disclosing that it has been accepted for graduation to Tier 1; and (ii) disclosing the number of escrow securities to be released and the dates of release under the new schedule; and (b) provide the news release, together with a copy of the Exchange Bulletin, to the Escrow Agent. (4) Upon completion of the steps in section 3.1(3) above, the Issuer's release schedule will be replaced as follows: Applicable Schedule Pre-Graduation Applicable Schedule Post-Graduation Schedule B(2) Schedule 13(1) Schedule B(4) Schedule B(3) (5) Within 10 days' of the Exchange Bulletin confirming the Issuer's listing on Tier 1, the Escrow Agent must release any escrow securities from escrow securities which under the new release schedule would have been releasable at a date prior to the Exchange Bulletin.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of Account Either party may change its account for receiving a payment or delivery by giving notice to the other party at least five Local Business Days prior to the scheduled date for the payment or delivery to which such change applies unless such other party gives timely notice of a reasonable objection to such change.

  • Change of Control Benefit Upon a Change of Control, the Company shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.4 in lieu of any other benefit under this Agreement.

  • Change of Law In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, references to a statutory provision include references to that statutory provision as from time to time amended, extended or re- enacted and any regulations made under it, provided that in the event that the amendment, extension or re-enactment of any statutory provision or introduction of any new statutory provision has a material impact on the obligations of either Party, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to agree such amendments to this Agreement as may be appropriate in the circumstances. If, within a reasonable period of time, the Supplier/Service Provider and Transnet cannot reach agreement on the nature of the changes required or on modification of Prices, delivery schedules, warranties, or other terms and conditions, either Party may seek to have the matter determined in accordance with clause 32 [Dispute Resolution] above.
