Common use of Change of Scope Clause in Contracts

Change of Scope. The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the "Change of Scope"). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

Change of Scope. The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the "“Change of Scope"”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

Change of Scope. 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works which are related and are necessary to the Bus Terminal and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the "“Change of Scope"”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3. The cost of change of scope of work shall not exceed 10% of total project cost.

Change of Scope. ‌ 21.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this AgreementAgreement but subject to Clause 21.4.1, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included Concessionaire to make alterations/ modifications in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the "“Change of Scope"”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 21 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.321.3.

Any , theConceionaire shall carry out such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 additions/deletions on such terms and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3conditions as mutually agreed upon.

Any The terms of such Change of Scope shall be made mutually agreed between the Parties in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and 16. 16.1.2. Any works or services done pursuant to Change of Scope of the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority Project in accordance with Clause 16.3this Article 16 shall form part of the Project and the provisions of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to such works or services.
