Common use of Change of Shifts Clause in Contracts

Change of Shifts. Long Term - Any Sergeant or Trooper may have his/her shift changed upon the giving of ten days notice. The notice shall be written. The shift assignment may be changed for any legitimate management reason including, but not limited to, operational needs, training needs, in-service training, minimum patrol, etc.
