Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuers and the Guarantor has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuers and the Guarantor (with a copy to the Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuers and the Guarantor shall at their own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 13 (Changes in Agents) on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. ‌ If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuer has been obtained, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), it shall give notice to the Issuer, with a copy to the other Agents, of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuer shall at its own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 13 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which, may only be effected within the same city (where changes within the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg shall be treated as being within the same city) unless the prior written approval of the Issuers and the Guarantor has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuers and the Guarantor (with a copy to the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuers (or, in default, the Guarantor) shall at their own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 14 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. If any Paying Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same country unless the prior written consent of the Issuer has been obtained, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the other Paying Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuer shall at its own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Paying Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. (a) Notice to Issuer If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee has been obtained (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)) or nominate a further Specified Office, it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect provided that no such notice shall take effect within the period of 30 days before or after an Interest Payment Date in respect of the Notes, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice.

Changes in Specified Offices. If any Paying Agent decides to change its Specified Office it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the Trustee and the other Paying Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Issuer shall at its own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Paying Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 (Changes in Paying Agents) on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

For the purpose of this Clause 14, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall be deemed to be a major financial city.

The Issuer shall at its own expense not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 12 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.

Changes in Specified Offices. If any Agent decides to change its Specified Office (which may only be effected within the same city unless the prior written approval of the Issuer and the Trustee has been obtained), it shall give notice to the Issuer (with a copy to the Bank, the Trustee and the other Agents) of the address of the new Specified Office stating the date on which such change is to take effect, which date shall be not less than 30 days after the date of such notice. The Principal Paying Agent shall on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer, but only to the extent that the Issuer has previously been put in funds by the Bank, not less than 14 days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders.
