Changes to Drawings Sample Clauses

The "Changes to Drawings" clause defines the process by which modifications to project drawings can be made during the course of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the authority responsible for initiating changes, the procedure for submitting and approving revised drawings, and the obligations of the contractor to comply with updated plans. For example, if the project owner or architect issues a revised drawing to address unforeseen site conditions, the contractor must follow the new specifications. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for handling changes, thereby minimizing disputes and maintaining project alignment.
